Thoughts on Power

Power is willed by all

Wielded by many a fool

But even empires fall

Few are worthy

But plenty gifted with power are afflicted by stupidity

The ironic constricting nature of power

The more power we have, the less power the self has to contain it - power granted is also power constrained

Power in it’s self is corrupting, the more one has the less power one has to control the power of which he or she possesses
